Boys/Men Class Schedule

Soon we will be adding weight lifting classes in our Weight Room
to better prepare our teens and men for lifts in partnering. 
 Partnering requires considerable strength and it helps immensely to have a strong core and upper body and arms.

In our weight lifting classes, in addition to traditional weight lifting and exercises,
we will also focus on specific ballet focused exercises with weights. 
This valuable and fun class will help our male dancers to improve strength, coordination,
and understanding of how to use that strength safely in partnering.
